Dairy Processing Units and Soy Drinks


CoEnCo designs dairy processing units of 500 l/day, for specific products, up to 5000 l/hour that can produce a wide range of final products. From the reception system concerning pasteurisation, standardization, homogenisation units to the specific end products such as milk, yoghurt, cheese, cream, butter...

We build independent pasteurisation units of 20.000 l/hour and over.

We can also assist you with designing and integrating your desired production line to fully meet your specific requirements and needs.

CoEnCo has developed two different systems
A continuous flow system working at a flow rate of 200 – 300 l/h and a batch system working at 50 l / batch ( 100 l/h )

Standard steps in the processing :

  1. Soaking the beans in the reservoir for min 1 hours ( volume increase 2 x )
  2. Mixing grinding water addition
  3. Heating mixing 
  4. Additions such as sugar and other heat resistant additives
  5. Cooling and storage
  6. Additions such as sugar and other heat resistant additives
  7. Eventual final individual packing or bulk distribution

 

 

Batch production system

A compact autonomous unit requiring a hot water connection and electrical supply To reach 100 l / hour a electrical connection value of 20 Kw is to be available if only 50 L hour we can manage with 10 Kw

The complete process  step by step :

First step soaking the beans for 12 to 18 hours with a constant  small overflow of water ( washing the beans ) during this process the volume will be doubled



Step 2 wet grinding of the soaked bean with addition of hot water
Resulting in Soya milk drink ( still concentrated )

And Okara witch can be used as basses for different
other products such as biscuits and a lot of others

Step 3  
Pumping the totality in the boiling tank and standardization towards the required density
7 Kg of standard soaked beans will give you +/- 50 L of finished product .
Pumping and standardization ( by adding water ) , eventual addition of sugar and other heat resistant additives
After boiling the Soya drink is ready for further processing or direct consumption after cooling .
