CoEnCo-Pumps
CoEnCo has a series of extremely robust pumps, with a SS 304 finish. Standard models available from stock. Versions with pump seal rinsing, open water wheel or models with a SS 316 finish are also available. These centrifugal pumps are available with flow rates of over 200 rn3/h and a maximum discharge head of over 5 bar. In other words, there is an extremely diverse selection of pumps, which are particularly suitable for the food industry and for special liquid applications. Fully resistant against temperatures of 100° C. All pumps are fitted standard with ABB-motors.
The sturdy construction (cast pump housing) guarantees an extremely long life, even under extreme conditions.
Pump Models
All components that come into contact with the liquid are mode of stainless steel SS AISI 304 (or alternatively SS 316) and are therefore particularly suitable for all sorts of applications in the food industry, for liquid products as well as CIP applications. Some precautionary measures include checking the rotational direction and providing the required protected electrical current. All ABB-motors are IP 55, insulation class F. The pump is an independent unit and can be connected to the inlet and outlet without needing a ground support.
The type number is self-explanatory:
-First digit stands for the optimal flow rate;
-Second digit stands for the corresponding discharge head.
The standard closed impeller as well as the specially constructed closed waterwheel guarantees a high yield operation.
